Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from Fashion Thikana. However, if something doesn’t work out, here’s our return and refund process:

Return Policy

  • Eligible products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To know if a specific product is returnable, please check the Shipping Info section on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your Fashion Thikana account.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Click on “Return” next to the item you'd like to return.

  4. Fill out the required details and click Submit.

  5. You’ll receive a confirmation once your return request is received.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and process your refund after the product passes our quality check.

Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds can be processed either:

    • As store credit (usable for future purchases on Fashion Thikana), or

    • Back to the original payment method, based on your preference.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued only as store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Product?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@fashionthikana.in within 48 hours, along with a photo of the product and its barcode/label. We’ll make it right!

Non-Returnable Items

Some of our products are Final Sale and not eligible for return. This helps us maintain fair pricing and support our artisans. Please check individual product pages before purchasing.

Processing Time

We aim to process all returns and refunds within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.

All returns are subject to approval by the Fashion Thikana team. But don’t worry—we’re here to help and always happy to assist.
